How to Use FS Shake
Directions
Add 2 scoops to 12oz to 14oz of water (or more water to taste) in a blender (shaker) bottle. Shake vigorously and enjoy immediately. Feel free to experiment with the amount of water you prefer.
NOTE: If you are also adding in 2 scoops of Trilogiii's separate "Bioactive Protein Booster Powder" (BP) for increased satiety, please add in 8oz to 12oz of additional water. You will need to consume the shake immediately as it will start to considerably thicken right away.
For best results, do not consume caffeine within one hour of taking.
Basic Program
For the Trilogiii Human Study (Basic Program), 93% of the participants chose this option. Add 1 scoop to 12oz to 14oz of water (or more water to taste) in a blender (shaker) bottle, along with 1 scoop of Trilogiii's separate "Bioactive Protein Booster Powder" (BP).
