Shipping
Where We Ship: We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states.
Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times: Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location. Most orders arrive within 3-7 business days after shipping.
Order Tracking: Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your package.
Subscription Orders: Subscribe & Save orders ship automatically each month. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking for each renewal shipment.
Returns
30-Day Return Policy: We accept returns of unopened, unused products within 30 days of the delivery date.
Eligibility:
- Products must be unopened and in original, unused condition
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery
- Opened, used, or partially consumed products are not eligible for return
How to Initiate a Return:
- Contact our support team at with your order number and reason for return
- Our team will provide you with return instructions and a shipping address
Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us at within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel your Subscribe & Save subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting support. To avoid being charged for the next cycle, cancellations must be submitted before your next order is processed. Once an order has been processed and shipped, it is subject to the standard return policy above.
